Supervision (Blue Seal)

Supervision is a key component to a projects success. Having supervised electrical and instrument as well as multi trade crews, I am very familiar with this complex and time consuming aspects of a project.  Along with sound engineering and planning, good skilled people is the key and steering crews insures a project gets the most for it`s labour dollar. Half of my career has been spent supervising crews and handling the technical and logistical issue that arise in every project. I pride myself in being apart of my crew and inspiring them to be the best they can be and showcasing in the work they do. My achievements in this area have earned me the Alberta  Blue Seal for business competencies in my last supervising roll in Alberta.
