Once the design and specification are complete, a project requires tight management of resources to allow for the pivoting and adaptation to the changes in order to support an on time and on budget direction for a project. I follow sound Project Management principals of scope clarification, proper specification , material and resource availability, budget and budget reporting, timing and scheduling and finally contract management. Project I have managed and completed are;

• Motor Control Center replacement in both mining and pulp mills

• 45MVA generator rebuild (twice) including the rotor-pulp mill

• Steam turbine maintenance rebuild-pulp mill

• Steam reducing valve repairs-pulp mill

• Switch gear upgrade-pulp mill

• Power distribution switch gear replacement-pulp mill
