Contract Administration

A number of projects come already engineered and planned but need to have a liaison between the contractor and the engineering and project implementation groups. Duties of a contract administrator can very but the main tasks are safety compliance, progress and material usage reports, resolving design conflict and dispute resolution.  This can follow with start up and commissioning duties to complete a project.
